Citypro just completed a job for me to restore my exterior facade. Out of all the brownstone restoration contractors ive consulted with. They were who I felt who was most honest and realistic with the price and time frame. All though they were not the cheapest. I decided to go with them. The owner Arman was very helpful responsive and was at the job site daily which is a huge plus because most contractors the owners maybe come 1-2 times a week or every few days. They completed my job thank god with no hiccups and I believe i got the most bang for my buck dealing with them. I re did my exterior facade, new stairs as well as bluestone tiles for my front yard. If I had to refer a freind in Brooklyn I would definitely recommend Citypro.

Sean and his crew did an excellent job with two exterior projects on our brownstone. Sean is courteous , professional, very good with communication and he answered my many questions patiently and thoroughly. Work is high quality, started and completed on time, with attention to safety and keeping the work area clean.

Trust your waterproofing/roofing work to Citypro! They are expert a ferreting out leaks where new construction meets old. We've been water tight over these last few monsoonal rains. Highly recommended.

Few years back we had moisture condensing on the furnace ducts in our basement and water crawling through basement foundation walls, which then formed a white sediment on many surfaces. Waterproofing around the building was very crucial. On the recommendation of a realtor friend and referred me to Citypro Construction. Arman came to do a thorough inspection of the chimney including use of a drone. He sent us a detailed report of the problems he found along with photos and a list of necessary corrections. There were many, many problems with the previous “repair” but Sean fixed them all and we had no more water leaks into the house. With his detailed report we were able to demand and get a full refund from the insurance company. Arman and his crew are knowledgeable, efficient, neat and responsive. Masonry and Brick Repair work was done outstandingly. We think they are great and plan to use them again for a walkway and other Brick repairs. You will not go wrong hiring Citypro Construction for waterproofing work, Recommended Contractors for all.

Sean and his team did an AMAZING job on my brownstone's cornices and facade. They are amazing professionals and kind people. It was a pleasure having them as contractors. Highly recommended!!!

Sean did work on the front and rear of my brownstone and I was extremely pleased with the results. He and his team replaced a damaged cornice, restored the stoop, and did stucco repair, painting and waterproofing as needed. His communication was excellent, and he seemed genuinely concerned with my satisfaction. All of his workers were unfailingly polite and always accommodating. I would highly recommend CityPro!

We used Citypro Contracting for my basement and 1st floor renovation and the entire process was completely seamless. Through all the renovation nightmares I've experienced, I've never been less stressed or happier with the end result. They gave us a project manager name Sean was organised, communicative and ontop of everything despite my demanding travel schedule. The entire team was professional, efficient, considerate and thoughtful. I really couldn't be happier with my experience with Citypro Contracting - my house came out better than we even expected! Our condo building hired City Pro Contracting for facade repair and cleaning. It turned out to be a big very job, but Sean the owner made it easy to tolerate. It was a pleasure working with him. He is extremely responsive and reliable. We had looked at a number of companies for the work and he emerged well over the others in terms of returning phone calls, explaining the scope of the work and why it was needed, and with providing written quotes that made sense. He came out to visit whenever we asked him and he met with us after hours. They did not cut corners and did quality work. The job was completed very close to the projected completion time. Any delays were due to weather and to third party vendors. Nonetheless, we were kept in the loop and work was back on track as soon as possible. For any future renovations I need for my unit, I am personally keeping City Pro in mind. I am very pleased with the company and with working with Sean.
